Service terms
Clear scope before ongoing charges.
These website terms explain the A$15 deposit and the boundaries that apply before a separate customer scope is agreed. Last updated 31 August 2026.
The short version
The deposit starts a build. It does not start direct debit.
The ongoing service, provider costs and support boundary are shown to you before you decide whether to continue.
Review deposit pricingOperator and scope
In these terms, “OceanaClaw”, “NadirStack”, “we”, “us” and “our” mean Morgan Geoffrey Hill, sole trader trading as NadirStack (ABN 60 924 703 801). The website describes starting points. The exact job, deliverables, access, support boundary, timing and total ongoing cost are confirmed separately in writing.
A$15 build deposit
The listed starter bots use one A$15 payment to begin the suitability check and initial build process. It is not a subscription and it is not the total project price. Paying multiple listed deposits starts separate bot-family scopes; it does not buy unlimited work.
Cancellations and refund requests
The A$15 payment is a one-off build deposit. Any cancellation or refund request is assessed against work already completed, unavoidable third-party costs, the agreed scope and rights that apply under Australian Consumer Law. These terms do not promise an automatic refund or limit any right that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Ongoing service and direct debit
Checkout does not authorise recurring charges. Hosting, model usage, platform and support costs are discussed and agreed after scoping. Direct debit starts separately only after the bot is built and you approve the arrangement.
Customer responsibilities
You must provide accurate information, use material and accounts you are authorised to use, review outputs where agreed, protect credentials, and tell OceanaClaw about legal, safety, privacy or platform restrictions relevant to the job.
AI and automation limits
AI output can be incomplete or wrong. Customer-facing, sensitive, legal, financial, medical, safety or compliance decisions remain with an appropriately responsible person. OceanaClaw may decline work that cannot be bounded safely.
Third-party platforms
Discord, Telegram, OpenClaw, OpenRouter, model providers, hosting, payment and integration services keep their own terms, limits, availability and fees. A third-party change or outage may affect the service and may require a revised scope.
Consumer rights
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable Australian Consumer Law guarantees. Services will be provided with due care and skill and within an agreed or reasonable time.
Changes and contact
Material changes to a paid scope are agreed before they are applied. Questions, cancellations or disputes should be sent through the NadirStack contact path so the request can be recorded and answered.
