View security and data flowsWho operates this service
OceanaClaw is operated by Morgan Geoffrey Hill, an individual sole trader trading as NadirStack (ABN 60 924 703 801) in Western Australia. NadirStack is the registered business name used for enquiries, customer scopes, payments and support records.
Information we may handle
This may include contact and business details, bot-finder answers, requested integrations, approved source material, support messages, payment status and records needed to deliver an agreed service.
How information is used
Information is used to recommend a starting point, respond to enquiries, scope and deliver work, provide support, maintain transaction and security records, prevent abuse and improve the service.
AI recommendations
When you submit the bot finder, the job description and answers may be sent through OpenRouter to an available model. OceanaClaw also has a deterministic fallback. Do not put passwords, customer records or sensitive personal information in the finder.
Payments
Stripe hosts checkout and processes payment information under its own privacy terms. OceanaClaw does not receive your full card number. Stripe may provide customer, transaction and payment-status details needed to verify and support the deposit.
Hosting, analytics and providers
The protected OceanaClaw origin is hosted with Contabo in Singapore and managed from Western Australia. Cloudflare, Stripe, OpenRouter, model providers, email services and agreed integrations may also process limited information for the service they provide, including outside Australia. If you allow analytics and marketing, Google Analytics and linked Google marketing services receive page, device, campaign and selected conversion-event information. Finder answers, contact details, payment details and raw Stripe session identifiers are not sent to Google.
Local storage
The storefront saves the selected basket and your Google analytics consent choice on your device using browser local storage. It does not contain card details. You can change analytics consent through Privacy choices in the footer, and remove local records through the basket or your browser site data.
Retention, requests and complaints
Information is kept only as long as reasonably needed for the request, service, security, accounting, dispute or legal purpose involved. To request access, correction or deletion, or to make a privacy complaint, use the OceanaClaw contact page or call +61 8 7534 5661 and clearly label the request as privacy-related. NadirStack will record it, respond as soon as reasonably practicable and explain any action or lawful limit.
